EXAMINATION AND PROMOTION

1. Regular practical unit tests will be held besides the terminal examinations.

2. Parents should sign the PROGRESS REPORT CARD and check the progress of their wards.

3. Those students whose attendance is less than 80% will be excluded from appearing the FINAL EXAMINATION.

4. Students who are absent from TERMINAL EXAMINATION for any reason other than illness, will be considered as to have failed. If prevented by illness, a MEDICAL EXAMINATION should be produced.

5. Unsuccessfull students may be allowed to repeat only twice in the same class. Those who sre very poor in studies and show no improvement for two consecutive years in a class and those whose character and behaviour are not satisfactory will be asked to leave the school.

 RULES AND DISCIPLINE

1. Every students must have a copy of the school calendar which must be brought to the School daily.

2. Everyday there is a meditation of 2 minutes just before commencing the normal classes.

3. All students must possess the Identity Card issued by the School authority and must bring to the School daily.

4. Every student must follow the instruction of the teachers regarding the returning of the Progress Report Card duly signed by the Parents/Guardians.

5. Irregular attendance, habitual want of application, ill manners in words and behaviour, disobedience to teachers and behaviour or habits objectionable to the good tone of the School are the sufficient reasons for dismissal of a student from the School.

6. Proper fine should be imposed to the students who damage any School property.

7. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during the School hour without the permission of the Principal.

8. Any kind of certificate e.g. Provisional, Transfer, Character, Reading and the others will be issued only after submission of application seeking the same, 3 days before the date of issue of certificates.

9. Presentation of gifts to teachers is forbidden without the consent of the School authorities. Collection of money/things for any purpose requires the permission of the School authorities.

10. Parents/Guardians etc. are not allowed to see their wards or interview teachers during School hour or disturd the smooth running of the School in anyway.

11. It is compulsory for all the Parents/Guardians to take part in Joint/Combined meeting called by the school authority from time to time.
